Around and surrounded villages has so much Muslim populations, but day by day decline of their ethical and moral value in them leads to Maulana Abdul Razzak to established one of the quality religious ethical institution, that why he founded the Madrasa Quasmia Benibad, that helps the poor peoples too. Mostly in the village and neighboring villages and Muzaffarpur District, Muslim populations as very weak economically that's why they do not have a much money to spend on the education so they do not offers education to their children. So Maulana Abdul Razzaq thinks to provide religious education to the poor and helps them economically, to provide food and lodging facilities in their Institution.
